full service and proud of it.
"Yes!" That's pretty much our answer when it comes to any marketing solution our clients might request or require. We'll run a 10K in their target audience's shoes to know who needs to experience what, where, when. What's newest, what's next? Already on it and into it. And BTW, we never, ever forget the service part of full service.

Optima Camelview to Host Ultimate Green Scene
2009 Greenbuild Tour After Party to be held at Optima November 14
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (November 3, 2009) – Optima Camelview Village will host a lavish after party on Saturday, November 14 to commemorate the finale of the 2009 International Greenbuild Expo and Conference. The Greenbuild Tour committee deliberated over 92 proposals before assembling 17 tours for recommendation to the national U.S. Green Building Council for approval. As the last stop on the Contemporary Desert Living Stage Coach Tour, Optima Camelview will provide the perfect backdrop for theculmination of the week's festivities as one of the most energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and lush developments in all of Arizona.
Optima Camelview Village is widely recognized for its innovative design and architectural style, especially because architect David Hovey, FAIA and president of Optima, Inc., integrated "green" elements into Optima from its conception. Optima Camelview is currently pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certification, the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance "green" buildings. In fact, Optima Camelview Village has been established as one of the most eco-conscious projects in the nation and has also been honored as one of the Top 18 Architectural Achievements in Arizona by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and AZRE magazine.
Optima Camelview Village is an infill project, which defeats urban sprawl and benefits the responsibility of land use and related environmental issues. Building multi-story structures, such as Optima's seven-story buildings, reduces land usage and economizes the use of constructive material. Its proximity to nearby shopping, restaurant and retail venues encourages walking, biking and/or the use of public transportation, eliminating additional emissions in the Valley.
The 11 buildings in the 13-acre resort-style community offer 23 acres of on-site landscaping. Every layer of the development is landscaped starting with the ground floor, which actually covers the underground parking garage, allowing for green roof gardens and usable landscape on the first floor. Every courtyard, terrace and rooftop is landscaped according to a green roof system, which helps battle the Urban Heat Island Effect, something the Valley of the Sun faces every day. By eliminating the concrete surfaces at Optima Camelview, the community absorbs less heat during the day and loses it quickly at night. Green roofs also help with storm water management, allow for trees that provide natural shading, absorb external noise and re-oxygenate the air. These rooftops are irrigated through a high-efficiency irrigation technology, including a drip system with moisture monitors.
The After Party at Optima Camelview will feature discovery tours of the project's luxury amenities, exquisite residences, and inspired workspaces. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be provided by Chef Josh Herbert of Posh Restaurant, the onsite improvisationalrestaurant at Optima. The event will also include live music by Sonan led by Gustavo Angeles, hot off the stage from their appearance in the Scottsdale Latin Jazz Festival. Event guests will also be able to experience an art exhibition, titled "Found/Artists Explore the Environment" while enjoying a complimentary wine and beer tasting of sustainably produced blends. Community partners in the event include International Greenbuild Conference Host Committee, Desert Living Magazine, City of Scottsdale Conventions & Visitor Bureau, and City of Scottsdale Green Building Advisory Committee.
Although the event will be in celebration of Optima's inclusion in the 2009 Greenbuild Expo and Conference, the After Party will be free and open to the public from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The event will enable guests of the Greenbuild Expo and the general community to experience Optima Camelview first-hand. Optima's sales center will also be open during the week of Greenbuild, so that interested Greenbuild Expo guests can visit at their convenience.
