martz = marketing smarts
The sole purpose of the Martz Agency is to carve out unassailable bastions of success for our clients. Come what may. As Arizona's top female-owned, do-it-all marketing firm we've been doing just that for nearly three decades. We offer top national agency experience and expertise, pretty much 24/7 service, and perhaps most importantly, a braggable bang for your marketing buck that hardly smarts at all.

carrie martz, ceo
Carrie made her bones in this business at a tender age, founding the Martz Agency in 1980 after a couple of years in the corporate world. Today, the Martz Agency is the largest female-owned advertising and PR firm in the state and Carrie has racked up so many awards and plaudits we’re afraid of boring you by listing them.
Carrie is a hands-on owner/CEO, very involved with the everyday running of the Martz machine. She’s been recognized for leadership, innovation, and achievement with respect to both business and philanthropy.
One of Carrie’s more innovative, community-based projects is the nationally recognized Home of Miracles program. Featured on NBC’s TODAY show, it is considered one of Arizona’s most successful charitable events, raising more than $8 million in its last six programs for Phoenix Children’s Hospital and various other local charities. Carrie formerly served on the board of Childhelp USA, and is currently a board member of the Phoenix Suns Charities. She also founded the WWDPGO, Women Who Don’t Play Golf Organization, as a non-profit which has now raised almost $100,000 for local women’s charities. Carrie, who graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Marketing, focuses primarily on business development, strategic planning and creative solutions.
